My booking fully paid and confirmed.but when we reach the property there is no such booking information sent to property. totally disappointed and luckily there is a vacant villa .so we made a fresh booking and pay at property.

Was not a great stay. Even thought it was nice looking and cute villa many things were disturbing. Firstly no room service. Only breakfast was available at the property. After 11am no meals. Secondly even though the entire property was empty and we were the only ones staying there, we were not allowed to use the jacuzzi at night because it would make noise. Thirdly the flush in the toilet was not working properly. Fourthly hot water problem. No thankyou

Location is good, food was good (ordered breakfast, tooo bad in hygiene, there are lizards, mosquitoes, pool was dirty, and worst part if you don’t know swimming then don’t opt coz pool depth is 1. 7 mtrs, ac was not working their maximum cool was 23-24 degree, have complaint but no good response.

If you are looking for a villa with a private pool and Jacuzzi, then this is worth to try. The villa is very beautiful and romantic. However, the hotel doesn't have own kitchen and hence breakfast quality and variety is poor. In addition, À la carte menu options are very limited.

The stay and rooms were excellent. The staff were polite and helpful in all aspects. But the food options are limited in the hotel. Overall the hotel makes your stay worthwhile.

Terrible experience in a Villa that is good just in photos

Hi, we faced multiple issues about the hotel and that are follows but before that I would like to highlight that we booked this hotel because it was assured hotel and it came with assurance that in case of any issue, they will resolve it in 60 minutes or the stay will be free. They did not resolve the issue on the day we checked in to hotel and it's been 3 months since the terrible experience and even today I Am chasing about the resolution and they are yet to give me one. So, in short, never trust them. Now issues 1. The living room was so dirty that it was not possible to live in it. Couches were full of stains of all kind. 2. Air conditioning was not working from the time we checked in till the check out time. We told them multiple times, they said it is being fixed but it was never fixed. We were sweating the whole time. 3. Jacuzzi which was in open, was giving cold water even from the hot water tap. When we asked the hotel staff to fix this, they simply apologized and did not fix it. So I was not able to use Jacuzzi at all. 4. Power cut happened twice in night (2 Am 2:20 Am), both times the staff was clueless and we had to inform them about it and then they fixed it. 5. Bedroom table was broken. I sat on it and fell down. When we told them about it, they again apologized and said that they cannot change it. 6. We requested them to get us a bottle opener. They could not even arrange it. 7. There was dead spider on toilet seat. In short, we paid way too much money for this villa. We were more disappointed by as they did not even care to (even till today) look into our issue and resolve it.

We spent two nights in this Villa. The Villa is maintained really well and is the perfect place to spend your honeymoon. The staff is extremely friendly and very courteous. Had a superb time.
