Very nice hotel, kind staff, old balinese vibes. Overall very good. Hotel a little bit understaffed & food was average.

it’s situated in front of the ocean … it’s an old hotel with moderate level of cleanliness…but very close to finn’s beach club

Absolute zero in services and age old amenities. No one to execute check ins (had to wait for almost 45 mins post check in time, everything is manual (no automation, severely under staffed, rooms are in terrible condition

it was average stay for me coz of few reasons: - during booking it was not mentioned clearly that they will be keeping 100 dollars as a security during check-in.
- no food options for vegetarian people.
- in pictures it seems that property is next to the beach and you will be having a wonderful view from pool to beach. in real there is a service road between pool and beach where lots of ppl are crossing along with vehicles .
Property is about 2-3 mins walk from the beach. Beach is good not commercialized but seminyak beaches are better. No issues with hotel. Excellent courteous staff, few rooms open upto sea view. Can book of looking at a good deal near beachside

Rooms are old, furniture is old. Food is overpriced, it doesn't taste good. No beach access as far as i could see. It's blocked and construction work is going on behind the pool
Beautiful resort I have ever seen near beach.super good location of rooms,breakfast view with beach view in 1st floor.Spa service with beach view is extremely 👌. 5* experience

It was a pleasant experience. The location is the highlight. It has a very nice pool area and a pool bar where you can chill and relax. Rooms are average but services are fine.

Ideally located at seminyak, this resort is aesthetically designed and is one of the best places to spend a day or two with family. It's proximity to the beach and the close by beach shacks offer a complete package for the perfect break.

Very good location, very helpful staff, breakfast has a good spread even for vegetarians (though monotonous but ok to have such for vegetarians. Rooms are good but loads of mosquitoes so better tell staff to put mosquito repellent in advance

Aesthetic ambience, spacious and neat rooms, welcoming staffs, good food, relaxing spa and best location. Pool facing the ocean is the killer. Overall a great experience !

The stay was good. We were staying in the suite room. The room and rest of the resort was very clean and well maintained. Best part is the access to the beach. Had an amazing stay at grand balisani suites.

Property not maintained well

Information provided during booking was misleading. We booked garden facing rooms but it was facing to backyard wall 5-6 feet away. Old property, lots of maintaonance issues. Toilet flush stopped working, room lock battery drained. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Site location is good.

Location is really good. Food ordered through ala carte menu is delicious however the breakfast spread is medium. The service they provide is really is great. They make you feel valued and important which is worth it. I felt every dime of my money valued in this hotel
The property was beautiful specially the pool area but their wifi connection was the worst even after complaining thet couldn’t do much about it or maybe the room i was offered didn’t had good wifi. Apart from that the staff was good and breakfast buffet was also good

Experience was good. Grand balisani is a big resort located on beach area. Food quality is good but repetitive if you spent for longer. Overall rating would be 4. 5 out of 5.
