Very bad experience. Air conditioner and water heater were not working. No tea maker was provided. Waste of money.
There were no water supply in between and there is no tea maker in the room. The towel provided was not so hygiene. Room was not up-to the mark. Water provided in the hotel was salty. Water heater was not working properly as well as air conditioner was not working. Totally bad experience from bounty Kuta. Suggest not to book this hotel as it's waste of money.

We had an amazing time room Location really good. Infront of the pool and amazing view the staff was very good. Phone calls attended. All issues resolved asked for any help they were there for everything all time

Good for young crowd, filled with ozzies, filled with mosquitoes, reception, room service and dining staff is good but bar staff is rude, good location, just a walk away from kuta beach and kuta square, good food especially sandwiches.
