The hotel was pathetic. No elevator at the hotel. We had to walk up 2 floors every day. Room was smelly, ac did not work properly, bathroom and towels were smelly, dimly lit. Horrible breakfast. Rooms were all with twin beds which do not join resulting in not enough space for three of us (one child) to sleep. To top it all, the room had a sofa which was full of dust and was dirty.

Staff is nice. Rooms are below average based on their price and clean, room furniture’s were broken. No elevator

A decent place for couple, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big, i strongly recommend it but the breakfast is not that great

Same breakfast on everyday no toiletries refilled staff doesnt understand english cost cutting in every corner of property

M suite do their work in a very professional manner. The services given by them are quite remarkable. We are completely satisfied with their hospitality. Whatever we required from them, they were prompt and courteous. We will highly recommend this hotel to our dears and nears to stay in this hotel during their stay in bali.
