The stay was good. Nice rooms good location with good amenities. Service was swift and hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was good with some nice traditional dishes and drinks. Ala carte requires improvement

Seres springs resort was very beautiful and tastefully located in front of rice fields. Sunrise views from room were amazing
The resort had really high hospitality standards. The staff is very courteous and acknowledgeable. The location is excellent as it is almost in the middle of the things with good reach ability to major attractions

Nice cozy stay, very friendly staff. Stairs a bit troubles for villas in the lower side. Indian food options not much, exotic greenery around

Good resort but at an interior location

The resort is very good, veg food options are very limited. The views from the premium room is extremely good. Very limited to negligible indian food options. The staff mr. Ad i senna and dejus were very kind and helpful the only con is the location, it is in the interior and isolated place. You will need a vehicle to go outside, can't go walking anywhere outside.

There were very few people staying at the resort and the food was also not fresh. Pool and view from the room is good.

Hotel property is very nice. Ambience is good, rooms are spacious with good view from the balcony. Service wise felt bit average as my bathroom was having issue with hot water and had to wait long for it. Restaurant staff and reception staff is very polite and generous. We had a romantic dinner which was very nicely done by the hotel team

Series resort is good for stay and close to many places to visit near ubud, bali but for vegetarian people food options are limited to one type of pizza and one type of pasta only so from lunch and dinner point of view it's difficult to manage in this resort (for vegetarian people)

Chose series springs for its great location and great rating in public forums, despite being called a 5 star property, its services are lackluster. They won't even change your towels everyday unless you request them to do so. Even if you request, we need to wait 45+ mins.

Property was awesome and had a great stay at seres. Food, hygiene and cleanliness was too good. Private villa was fantastic. Had a great stay.

Not so good location for stay

Totally vacant hotel. Only 6 guests in hotel
they do not provide lunch and dinner facility because of low guests. In whole hotel only one staff member present if u want to book your stay in seres please first chck total guest list
because empty hotel is just like horror mansion

I din like the food. May be it is in Bali style. All other amenities were excellent
