Things I liked:
It’s a large resort with 3 swimming pools. Really nice views. The people are very friendly. Lots of different sculptures everywhere. Delicious Balinese food.
Issues:
Couldn’t take a normal shower. They upgraded me to a large room that was not listed online when I arrived. However, I found out the water in the shower couldn’t get hot in the first night. So I moved to the deluxe double room (which I originally booked) the next day. Although the water can get hot in this new room, it can’t maintain a stable temperature and pressure. I mentioned this the next day when they asked me about the new room. I was told someone will come and check it. Not sure if they did check it in my absence. But the poor shower condition remained throughout my stay. I hypothesised that the unstable water temperature was due to others in the building using hot water at the same time. So I tried a different shower time each night, ranging from about 7pm to 11pm. The water temperature fluctuates no matter when I take the shower. It is a lovely place overall, but taking shower is a basic need. So I wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the shower.
Another minor problem is there are locals burning something nearby everyday, which you can smell from many places in the resort (e.g. pools and restaurants).
It’s a bit inconvenient if you don’t use WhatsApp, but the staffs in the restaurant are very helpful, I can always ask them for help.

We were able to organise anything we wanted through WhatsApp (tennis, massage, laundry, hotel transfers) and they were always available to help. Dining options were excellent. The cost was more expensive than out and about we felt good value against eating out at home. There was a good range of cuisines to try and always tasty. The pools are good sized and we were fortunate to stay during a quiet time so had them to ourselves more often than not.
The gym is usable but more of a 'hotel fitness centre' than full gym.
treeva.familyOct 27, 2024 This was one of the most enjoyable stay in all my travels. The staff is impeccable and attentive. The restaurant breakfast is delicious and has a great daily variety of food. The ambiance of the property is beautiful, tranquil and refreshing.
the property is very nice but there is no transport. there is only one bus to take us to ubud, if you miss that, you are stuck in the property.
The hotel is excellent with great pools and helpful staff. Restaurant is good. Only minor complaint which we advised to the hotel is that the breakfast buffet food was not as hot as it could be. Relatively isolated but really nice hotel
antonine.partnerSep 09, 2024 My husband and I enjoyed our stay at swan paradise. The room was nice and clean staff were amazing and very friendly polite. The only slight problem we encountered was a sewer Oder coming from the shower drain which they tried to fix but unable to. They tried to accommodate us with another room which we didn’t want to move because of the view. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.
The place was amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful! The linen in the room however was not as clean. That was about the only downside. Otherwise everything else was amazing

Service is great
My friend and I loved everything about this property. All the staff was kind and polite. The grounds were amazingly immaculate. The food was good (except the Indian food). It was very clean and there were many spaces for swimming or relaxing.
Unfortunately it is not in a walkable community and a shuttle or car/moped ride is needed to get to the beach or stores/restaurants off-property.
