I recently stayed at The Alena Resort for four days, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hospitality was exceptional – the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We felt genuinely taken care of from the moment we arrived. The food was fantastic, with a range of delicious options that made every meal something to look forward to. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable, while the outdoor spaces were immaculate and perfect for relaxation. Recently been to this hotel and it’s perfect for vacation and rest. The hotel staff is extremely polite and forthcoming. The food is also delicious and our room was also great with a private pool. Overall a lovely experience!

This is the best experience. The staff is humble and welcoming. Room’s are really worth the stay. The resort has multiple other features like photography, shuttle bus to market, spa, rice field tour and ubud tour

This is the best property we stayed at in our trip. It has a lot of photogenic places in the property. Great spa. Great food for vegetarians. Staff is too helpful and kind. Offers free shuttle to the market.

Location was quite away from very limited options in food, amenities and hospitality, outstanding and in breakfast they serve in room and if you ask for shakes and tea, then only have options of juices and coconut water and if you want anything from your side, this is chargeable in breakfast. In room, the lights are very less. But the room was fantastic and well decorated. Small, but very well maintained resort

The restaurant has mentioned the indian menu but the chief was not able to provide it. The food quality of indian is very bad. The ambience was good.

My stay at alena was amazing, the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, i liked the aesthetic of the rooms, the staff at the resort were very polite and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The resort provided a serene retreat while being conveniently located near popular attractions. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to bali to stay at this resort.

Property is very good, price worthy but only one issue that there is no buffet breakfast, and when you order there quantity is very less although overall experience is very nice, very good hospitality, luxury villa is amazing and luxury suite is worth the money they are charging

Alena is tucked away in nature's lap among the rice fields with a cricket y road leading to the hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful and ever smiling. The amenities needs an overhaul and should be more user-friendly than aesthetic. The food is very good.

The welcome is very very good by the resort staff, food is good, we have free photography shoot but the photographer is not click good photos, there is complimentary floating breakfast but the staff didnt prepare the same on time. There is no iron in our room. This should be a must if you are staying in a 5-star resort.
