it was ok .the housekeeping staff does a commendable job .the reception is just fine the security staff is good and hellos and wishes you always.the food is vast and average.overall so so...the restaurant staff by the name eka is very hard working and on her feet always.she definitely stands out in the crowd.

The local price of the hotel is much lower than what displayed in mm t. Mm t should check, as agoda etc giving much better rates

Excellent location, good staff, very clean and pleasant ambience, some rooms are lake view and some city / pool view, it ah s a chinese restaurant and cafe, it says indian restaurant but was not available when enquired

Stayed for 9 days from 18th to 27th march. The rooms are very spacious with balcony overlooking a lake & clean. The service is excellent. The location is convenient & there is an indian restaurant within walking distance. The breakfast has an indian option. The queens indian restaurant attached to the hotel has however shutdown. Will surely stay here again.

It's a lake view hotel, with good spacious rooms and service. No indian food in hotel but it's got children play area, gym and swimming pool to, so families can have quality time.

I booked this hotel for 4nights and 5days. The location is good. The other aspects: 1) transactions: the hotel blocked a security amount with my credit card, at the end they are returning the amount in cash. Staff in the hotel are not aware of closing the transaction as per the way it was taken. There was no managers to support the staff and they kept me waiting. 2) electrical : the hotel is old and all the plug in sockets are of old designed and you need to ask for add in plugs. 3) food: the menu is flat. The staff is also limited. It was surprising that on my last day, the egg counter was having no people. A little enquiry it came out that the gas cylinder went empty so there was no one to service.

Good hotel. Very nice and confortable stay. Staff is cooperative. And well behaved. Location is well connected to other part of city.
