    Fairly good location with friendly staff and spacious rooms

    Hotel is not very far from the city centre. Florence as such is not a very big city and location may matter much. A warm hotel with a friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and fairly well maintained and equipped. Good breakfast.

    Our room was bit small with no coffee maker. WiFi was very good and free.

    Poor Stay

    Not a very good place to stay. The entire hotel is painted in a dirty green colour which gives a very dull and dingy feeling. Building is very old and not very maintained. There was a lizard in my room. Location wise it is okay. Not very far from the tourist places but I would still not recommend it to anyone.
