Everyone is nice and helpful. Stefano has been amazing, he picked us up from the airport and waited until we finished after we spent a long time filing a claim on our suitcase. Totally recommend
Beautiful agritourismo setting and good restaurant across the street. Surprised to be charged for our pool towel. Parking and driveway rustic.

Children’s Camp or hotel?
This place is overpriced. The owners spend all their time at their restaurant down the street. We arrived to find that an overnight children’s camp, with 63 kids, was being run out of the hotel. Unlike our other 4 hotels, we were asked to fill out the Passport forms ourselves, which we never did. The only WiFi is in the common area, which was always flooded with kids, even on the stairs. We came down in the morning to find a camp counselor sleeping on the couch in the lobby.
The staff we very friendly and helpful, when they were around. We had to let in other guests and give them a phone number to reach staff.
Breakfast is excellent, but the veranda has hanging thorns that need trimming. I saw a guest bump his face into thorns trying to get drinks.
The pool water was cloudy, and the pool was not on until our last day. I found a nail on the lawn by the pool. We did not get any new towels until after our third day, and the toilet paper had one new roll and two other rolls were used rolls (one only had 1/3 left on the roll). In the lobby, the bathroom has a bowl full of used toilet paper...with majority almost gone. The mannequin in the window was a bit creepy, but it was explained it was something needed for camp relating to a theme a year or so ago. It does not make sense keeping it there.
We were grateful that we were offered a ride to our train, but he arrived 10minutes late, and we had to wait at the Sieci for 90 minutes for the next one.
Struttura carina, camere spaziose, piscina piccola ma ok. Colazione scarsa e con prodotti non eccezionali. Federe dei cuscini già usate, letti rumorosi. Posizione ok vicino Firenze e stazione treni sedici che porta subito a santa Maria novella

Un posto bellissimo, panorama, parcheggio, due piscine, si mangia benissimo, camera pulita, maneggio con cavalli.

La camera un pò rumorosa (dietro il bar).
Un consiglio... Da curare maggiormente gli esterni, hanno un potenziale enorme.
Nel totale comunque consiglierei questa struttura.
