The hotel services were good. Breakfast spread had many options. Rooms were clean and spacious. Metro is around 500 meters

Rooms are comfortable including the beds. Toilets are a bit small. Lift did not have lights and the breakfast is a cold breakfast with no freshly prepared hot meal options. Hotel is located in central part of milan and is very near to the duomo and other attractions of milan. 5 rating for location

Had a great stay. Hotel is quite close to the bus and tram stop. Pool is a great fun for kids and family. Breakfast had a couple of options. Overall good stay.

The location is good it’s 15 minutes far from minalo central station breakfast is good but limited variety for vegetarians overall good
It's located close to a train station, so very easy to get around. Good rooms, clean and well maintained.

A nice hotel with good location

Stayed for one day..hotel located 300 metres from CA granda metro on M5 line so the commute is easy. breakfast buffet has a lot of options. However, there is no complimentary water with rooms. Room was nice and big. Overall a good stay.

Good place and not so busy area

Was a good experience staying at Novotel and they were helpful in the city directions. Gave us packed breakfast for leaving early morning. Nice lobby and well maintained place with a cobbled pathway.
