Not good. We had problems with the breakfast, room is very small. At night our door has been forced to open.. For short don't go there, rent airbnb

charlie.partnerMar 08, 2020 It had a beautiful view if you choose to stay on the side facing the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the rooms were really just ok. Basic amenities. The shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom and our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together without a fitted sheet so we spent our trip sleeping like a couple in a 50s sitcom. Wonderful location, paper thin walls. Overall very middle of spectrum. It really depends where your priorities are.
Not long back from a lovely stay in Rome. The owner of this property made our stay even more pleasant.
He upgraded our room for my sons birthday to a terrace room with a beautiful view. Checked everything was ok throughout our stay. Was so friendly and welcoming.
The building itself is a beautiful old building, with an old fashioned lift to the top. Our room was very small but had everything we needed. Shower was good and it was all clean.

This hotel is quite different from other hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s on the fifth (top) floor of a residential building in an excellent location half way between the Vatican and the Colosseum making ALL the important locations in walking distance from the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and very accommodating with luggage etc. The hotel itself was newly decorated, clean and warm (December). There is a fully functioning yet quirky lift. This hotel was a great find. Top marks.
Very professional with excellent staff (Cali and Moses). Clean and cozy. Nice location between the Vatican and the main part of Rome. One block from the Tiber river and the Plazza Cavour. Breakfast in the morning is down the street at "Il Lunch" with coffee juice and pastries. Great for a short visit.
The good things, City Buses are less than a block away, Airport bus 5 min walk away, The room has a fridge, WiFi and a safe in the room. There are several nearby supermarkets.
Only thing is be careful when you shower water gets all over the floor. Would be nice to have a large mirror in the room and wall hooks or coat rack.

Great help from the reception which provided us with everything we asked for. Very friendly staff as well. thoroughly enjoyed the stayed we had there. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
