    Don't book this hotel. The check in time on voucher is 2 PM but it is 3 PM according to hotel staff. If you want early check in you need to pay 15 EUROS so that the cleaning boy can clean your room early. What a ridiculous offer... Whereas on the day of check out you have to pay 10 euro per hour if you check out late. There was no kettle in the room for hot water purpose and when we asked, hotel staff says there are only 2 kettles in the whole hotel. Next day cleaning lady knocked the door at 9 AM, which clearly means that cleaning can be done by 2 PM easily. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Decent Hotel to stay

    The Hotel is at a very nice location. The canal in front gives an awesome view. Rooms though being small are comfortable. Hotel staff is very helpful. It is 7-10 minutes walking from the Tram stop to Venice. The only negative is that the hotel does not serve dinner, just buffet breakfast. There are however good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Overall a nice and decent place to stay.

    Airport bus 15 stops almost in front of the hotel. Nice, clean place. Only issue is that the toilet is a bit cramped. Excellent breakfast. Note that you should hold out your arm if you want the bus to stop. Else even if you have several bags and are standing in the bus stop, the bus will not stop.

    There is WiFi problem. If you are going abroad then at least WiFi is must, in that case I would rate as 0 marks to this. No Indian food and lonely place to have the food in Venice. If you are going for a family tour this hotel is not in original Venice city, it is on outskirts. Otherwise it is a good hotel and the location is also good.
