It was convenient, close to the train station. Fairly clean and easy to find.
Fully recommended. Very nice and cosy place. Just next the train station and very convenient if you want to be a short distance from Osaka airport.

Good: It is just a few steps away from the Isumisano train station and near lots of restaurants and 7-Eleven.
Bad: The dryer did not work well and the light for the filter kept beeping and chiming even though I emptied the filter. The dryer also was very noisy. There was no dining table where we could eat. The futon couch bed was not comfortable at all. Location is ideal but noisy. Four four people the place was cramped.
Very happy with our stay! Super convenient; close to the station, convenience store and pharmacy. Having a washer and dryer in the room was A+ for a family with children like us. Fully enjoyed restaurants nearby and a fish market (15 min walk) which was very interesting. Will stay again for sure.

Worth for money and location
I did not get the check-in information until 1 week before my arrival, I was bit worried, but check in was smooth and easy, the room has got everything. It was a bit too small for 4 people, but perfect for a couple I think. There was a small bug in the bathroom, but not a big issue. Seems to be a clean room after all.

The unit is very new and spacious. Room was clean and had everything we need. But there were too many insects in the room, especially on the beds. Many mosquitoes and spiders. Got many mosquito bites... that was not pleasant
Nice convenient location next tow train station and good local places to eat.

aya.family_with_childrenNov 06, 2023 2回目の利用です。泉佐野駅からすぐ近くでコストパフォーマンスはかなりいいと思います。泉佐野駅にセブンイレブンとマツモトキヨシがあるので買い物も困りません。建物はそれなりの年数が経ってそうですがかなり綺麗に保たれてます。洗濯機、乾燥機があるのが便利ですが、乾燥機は数分で止まってしまうことがあり何度かやり直しが必要でした。洗面所の下水の臭いが少し気になりますが許容範囲だと思います。総合的に見て良かったので今年も利用させていただきました。機会があればまた利用したいです。
