Worst room for family - min n shin osaka =room no-402

Property location is good very near to shin osaka station easy accessible. Pariwar indian restaurant just 3 building from the hotel, good taste and quality food. We stayed total 15 nights in japan first 7 days in tokyo minn nishikasai and 4 days in minn kiyomizu goza and last 5 days in min n shin osaka. Among our family trip the worst stay was min n shin osaka the room we have stayed is 402. I never seen such a worst room, its very compact room you cant walk freely and more than 20 times my eniire family got hit from the wooden floor and bunk bed side, i was shocked how come they are having such kind of worst room. If your going with kid. Please don't ever take the 402 side room, even bunk is not comfortable my kid is not able to sleep. Minn management has to see and modify the room immediately otherwise please don't offer to any family such kind of room, give to single person. Request for room change that also they denied said no room available
