    To begin, the front desk staff is erratic and acts severely on mood swings, the comfort category room booked by me was way too short on comfort. The rooms was small and terribly planned, but the bed was the worst. Tucked into a corner with the most uncomfortable mattress ever imaginable. . There is no room service for basic amenities as the same are to be collected from the front desk be it night or day. Overall it was terrible and waste of a 4 star category hotel.
