Overpriced - average service

Location is decent but no metro station or convenience store nearby. Rooms have no phones to call reception , there is no room service. The view and the infinity pool are good. The main reception has very laid back people that are not very supportive. There are good things like microwave , iron and hot plate in the room. Long waiting time at the lift.

It’s not worth the money, there are no amenities breakfast is bad, no room service, no supermarkets near by and the communication between the staff is not there.

I really liked the room design and how spacious it was. The swimming pool was really good. I felt the breakfast buffet should have more varieties. Overall it was a pleasant stay 😃

It was a 4 star kind of hotel, but no one come for room cleaning in my 4 days stays. No one time use sleepers were given. No direct phone recevier or call option at reception. I thought like i have stayed an average hotel of india. As per money its very costly. Not recommanded. Room was very small.

Location is was good, easily we can go on any location. Garden area was clean, gym equipment, pool, best appartment to stay.
Poor choice in vegetarian breakfast. Bad customer service. Not friendly with guests. I just wanted to let you know there's no help with the bathroom and surroundings.
