Stay was ok and not that great if you want to enjoy just a beach side then opt this hotel. Breakfast options are limited for indians

Very nice rooms with helpful staff. View from the room was really good. It is located in the heart of chenang beach, making it easy to access the beach and activities.

Very bad staffs, they don’t have courteous staff, during midnight if you need water they care a least. If you are not going to stay at the hotel and just going to stay for sleeping, it’s okay.

Location is very good. Connecting to the beach but party music can be disturbing to some people. Verity is less in breakfast.

It's a good place to stay on the beach property. Pros : location, good breakfast, friendly staff helping, hygine. Cons: no parking if you take car, with 300m u have free parking though. Had a issue with my room bathroom flush

Beach front resort. Very suitable location as you the explore the beach and market. Service was also very good. Very less options for vegetarian food in breakfast.

There are few things which should be noted before you book this hotel. 1. 3pm checkin and no early checkin 2. Rusty pipes, fridge faucet as well 3. Breakfast - no names for dishes at the counter. 4. Door was an amazing part, and u need a training from the staffs on how to even open the door as well and it was really scary to stay in the hotel as the water in faucet was just leaking always. And i wouldn't recommend staying in the hotel at all, and even for a night its difficult l.

This hotel is the worse hotel experience ever. They said no to us for towels only 1 pair of towels provided per day. Tooth brush they don’t provide and they call themselves as resort. They asked for 100 ringgit as a deposit and when i offered usd which is equivalent to 25 usd but lady from reception asked for 30usd. This so called resort is famous for non cooperative staff. One should not book this for vacation. One positive thing is its location near cenang beach where fire show happens. Be ready for loud music from nearby hotels. There are many more things i can share. Specially breakfast experiences was ok just because of live egg om-late rest was just ok.

There was wifi connectivity in my room. Resort doesnt provide drinking water. Lights are so dim in the room, that u can hardly see anything.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was neat and clean. Breakfast was lavish. Only thing i found weird was that if we needed cutlery in room, we had to go and collect it ourself.

The only plus point of this hotel is location. Located on pantai cenang beach. Personally i didn't like the food. The breakfast is having only limited options. They also arrange a romantic candle light dinner on the beach with decorations. You can enjoy the best sunset on every evening staying in this hotel. Room and service was so so.

Putting it nicely it was average star resort at the max. Not saying that it should be more luxurious but could have been more cleaner at least. The shower head was mostly blocked due the years of calcium accumulation in them. The bathroom floor tiles were kind of slippery. But the worst were the towels and the beddings. They were not washed properly and the towels had lost their fibre due to years and years of using. Location is really good tho. Breakfast was average and not many varieties.

Staff are not at all helpful, even if you ask for small doubt they will say no with rude face. Not worth it.

Only overhead shower no hand shower, no hair dryer, old charging point when asked they said u have to buy from store, breakfast for child was chargeable though room combination 2 adults+ 1 child with breakfast. No early checking allowed. Late check out 20 ringgit per hour. Property not well maintained, only good part is location.

3. The hotel is average, but it’s situated at one of the prime location. And there is a wonderful on its backyard. That let most of the time to spend outside the room except to sleep and bath. And there is umpteen food options around this hotel. Lots of water sport activities right on its backyard, that’s a little convenient as it reduces travel-ling for these activities. Overall, despite few drawbacks about the premises, the location advantage make the hotel better choice considering the money we spent for it.
