Stay was pleasant. Received warm and cordial behaviour from the staff. Other than breakfast no lunch or dinner was available. They should introduce these especially dinner. It appeared the hotel is getting renovated.

It was different experience. No staffs to help At night. No security and little scary
Cute little estate with Parsi like heritage charm. Nice restaurant, too right on the beach. Night sounds of frogs, insects and birds adds just the exciting eerie touch. Loved Langkawi experience. Worth at least 3 days stay.

The place is near to Airport and Cenang beach. Very nice staff and excellent continental breakfast. The resort is amidst greenery and trees bring a lot of shade during noon, which cools the area. It has nice small bar catering to in house guest, which is seldom available in Malaysia.

Well maintained hotel. Good rooms. Helpful staff. Near railway station. Breakfast was good. Rooms were big and clean. Close to tourist area. Would recommend to everyone. Family hotel. Thanks to hotel staff.

Hotel is located at good location. Rooms are neat and clean but AC does not cool the room. Staff are helpful and always Smiling. Tourist destination are nearby and little is close by. Rooms are big and comfortable stay.

Hotel was at good location .. Rooms were spacious but not maintained. Small size AC for the big room was not adequate. Other facilities were good . . The hotel would need to work on drainage facility since during rainy season the water gets accumulated and makes it difficult to walk. The staff was helpful stay .. The

Good heritage hotel with classic rooms especially colonial room 3, staff was very friendly and supportive. Food quality is good & breakfast was nice. Only issue is that it was away from beach and main activities.

An absolutely unique and marvelous stay

It was one of the most unique and marvelous stays of my life. They upgraded us to the China House which was a huge cottage made of wood resembling colonial China. A must stay, great ambience and energy to the place, just 1 kilometer away from the Cenang beach

A different experience

The place provides a different experience with wooden houses and traditional style furniture. The staff is good and service is excellent. Its also very close to Pantai Cenang beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. On the downside, the breakfast can be better. It's put in the refrigerator in the evening before, I would have preferred a buffet in the morning. There are many cats around in the hotel which is very cute.

Only good thing about this hotel is rooms are traditionally made which is good ... Rest you see spider webs all around ... No phones in room for room service ... Breakfast was just OK ... All breads you can say English breakfast only. Restaurant menu is overpriced ... Last and most important thing .. Lady who provides scooty on rent her name is Zue .. She is very clever and crook ... We met with an accident on scooty. Took almost RM 200 for repair and making fake stories that we have change scooty part and all and when I checked nothing actually happened to scotty and even hotel people ask you to take scooty.
