Room was on third floor without a lift. There was no mention about this while booking. Moreover, some bulbs are not working and corridor approaching the room has junk and open wires in ceiling. Did not look like rs 11000 room very limited veg options in breakfast.

- no room cleaning, i stayed for 5 days no room cleaning. - ⁠no soap for handwashing in washrooms - they give tap water to drink if you ask for mineral water it is chargeable 1$ per bottle - ⁠i ordered cream pasta thinking it is veg but according to them white sauce or cream sauce pasta includes chicken and they served chicken to me who never ate chicken - ⁠no apologies they gave for serving chicken to veg people - ⁠my package included breakfast and dinner but they said there is limit of 25$ and everyday they used to limit exceeded. even two people will not be able to feed properly. - ⁠don’t know why the staff was rude,

Location- excellent. Right on the main street having shops, restaurants. Beach distance- hardly 30 steps(1 min walk to hulhumale beach) room- small in size but enough to crash in for less time, has one small balcony food- quite average, being served in restaurant right at downstairs hotel management- very polite and helpful

It was a very nice stay at coconut tree hulhuvilla resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is so spacious. The good thing was the extra meal included in the stay package. We enjoyed the food there.

Rooms are ok but the room service is terrable. No one literally there to attend the guest requirement in the room. Survice wise it below the all standards. There in no lift in the hotel. The attached restaurants to the hotel is of below standard. Service at the attached restaurant is also below standard and food really don't have any test.

Nice and pleasant stay with very minor problems.

The stay was very nice. We reached the hotel 3 hours before the check in time, then also rooms were given within half an hour, along with refreshments. That was very good hospitality of the staff. Staff was also very calm and sincere. Rooms were nice, city view from the balcony was ok. Clean and tidy. Extra bed was a little poor in quality. Washrooms had shower jel and shampoo but no handwash for the wash basin. We stayed at second floor, there was no lift only stairs. We coped with it without any issue. Breakfast was offered by the hotel in a restaurant next to it which was ok.

The rooms were small but well maintained, the service was good. They have a in house restaurant and it's very close to beach. Male airport is just 10mins away.

Rooms are small. Corridor and some rooms had cigarette smell. Our room had seepage damage in the wall. We could not stay, had to checkout and find a different accommodation. Photos are very misleading.

Recommended for a short budget trip if you don't expect much from your hotel and only need a place to crash after a long tiring sea tour or fun activities. Rooms are small, but have mostly all thats needed. Breakfast is below average with no vegetarian options. Lot of good indian restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner, but they are too costly compared to food quality they offer.

Hotel near to beach, near indian food restaurant, hotel breakfast also good. But no lift in the hotel and they provided us the room on top floor without fan. Due to that we were uncomfortable with our 2 years child.

Stupid food, bad staff, waste of money. They are non accommodating at all. Air conditioning isnt working and they dont even have a restaurant for food. Problem with water supply

Stay was ok but the room boys are pathetic, no hospitality, room service was bad, they were very rude. Only the receptionist was good, very helpful. Train the bengali room boy, we are paying money not staying for free.

The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep, and the bathroom. Overall, the experience was pleasant, it didn’t stand out from countless other hotel stays.
