Well maintained property but food needs to be sorted!

1. Property is well constructed with all facilities like 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, gym. Private beach is the cherry on the cake. Swimming pools are temperature controlled. Rooms are spacious, well lit up and airy. 2. Challenge is there is no restaurant where you can order a la carte. As per their policy, one has to opt for thier buffet lunch / dinner. There are no indian options in the buffet. Limited room service menu is available for dinner. Again, no indian options despite huge turnout of indian tourists in mauritius. Delivery charge of 200 mur is charged per person for delivery of food / beverages at room which i have not seen in any country/ hotel. There are no restaurants around this area as well. All in all food is a challenge. Housekeeping could be improved to ensure basic stuff. 3. Surprise however was the hotel conducts some activities for kids in the creche. We could not avail much as we were out for sightseeing. However its a good facility.

Stay was okay because of the slow room service and not great water activities too long queues and waiting time for the water activities

Relaxing holiday

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Initially we were not very comfortable as the place is away from the city, not possible to go anywhere without taxi. But as we settled down we started liking it. The hotel has a private beach, three swimming pools, to swim, relax and enjoy sunset. The hotel offers activities like snorkeling and coral viewing through glass bottom boats for the guests, but prior booking is necessary. Breakfast was good, but the menu was the same everyday. Lunch and dinner was okay. Anybody who wants to have all meals in the hotel can take all inclusive package which comes with a discount. Above everything, the environment of the hotel, the cool bridge, watching sunset on the beach was the best experience for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Service is very bad. We had to wait for 1 hour to get luggage in our room. The property location is really good.

The resort is very nice. I must say the housekeeping is so profess and quick to deliver services. The private beach and pools are perfect only thing is if you are vegetarian there are not much options. And the food doesn’t taste good at the buffet. The restaurant and bar are good.

We had a wonderful stay at tamassa, bell ombre. The location of the resort is beautiful. They have an excellent beach and the amenities provided are top-notch as well. They even gave us certain freebies as a gesture for celebrating our honeymoon here. Would definitely recommend a visit to this resort.

The service was nice. However for snorkelling need to prebook and i did not get a chance. They also charge for water in dinning area so dont drink there. Beach was awesome. Overall a good experience

The property was amazing. The beach, the restaurant, rooms, were allgreat. Check in and check out was smooth. Probably some more options for vegetarian food, but the cook did his best!

Room ac was very old not working properly

Room ac was not working properly. Complaint kerne per bhi room change nahi kiya. Pehle bola ac thik kerwa denge baad mai bola ab thik nahi ho rah a aapko aise hi urges t kerna hoga. Aur next day bhi ac working nahi ker rah a tha. Hotel experiance was very bad.

This resort has awesome location and you will witness some amazing sunset here. But their service is pathetic. They charge for water during lunch and dinner buffet even when you take full board package. You have to call multiple times to get room cleaned. But full marks to their location. We had booked the beach view room and view from the room was amazing

Best location and wonderful people. Cost of service may be on the higher end but worth your every penny spent. Lots of beach and sport activities available inside the resort. Highly recommended for family and honeymooners.
