Service was exceptional, the Riad itself was a welcome slice of quiet in the otherwise hectic medina. Very comfortable and also excellent location.
angelik.partnerFeb 16, 2024 My husband and I booked this hotel for our 20th year anniversary. It is an amazing place and the staff is incredibly friendly. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The front desk staff helped us book excursions and those wre also wonderful. The only thing is that there are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk. Our first night I was freezing because I didn’t realize there was a heater in the room. That was my bad. Also, it is a bit hard to find the front door because the main entrance is in an alley but that is the case with all the hotels in Marrakech. We had the most amazing time and felt incredibly safe walking at very late hours in Marrakech. Can’t wait to go back.
Excellent riad for a week in Marrakech
Superb location. Lovely room. Personable, helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. Delightful roof terrace on which to spend sunny mornings. Remember to look at shops nearby the hotel. Not all the good stuff is in the souks!
The location was great. Very pretty hotel, friendly staff. Air con in rooms could be much cooler.

Charming old world Marrakesh hotel was a comfy stay
The hotel is in the old City and not accessible by car so transfering luggage can be quite challenging. It is also a far walk yo the souk gor shopping and dining. The premises are old and kept in very hood condition. The service is excellent. The restaurant was delicious. Very charming. The indoor pool was beautiful.

Beautiful Riad with spacious rooms and wonderful decor. The staff are very kind and helpful with the surrounding area.
The room (royal suite) was comfortable clean and huge.
This place is definitely recommended but I would suggest eating out. The food and service in the restaurant was not good.

carol.friendsOct 15, 2022 Very peaceful, tasteful design and decor, staff very friendly and attentive in an area of the medina a bit quieter as it is closer to one end. Some areas like our step down shower and some common areas need some sprucing up, but overall a very positive stay.

Exactly the experience we wanted, this Riad delivered on every level. From the moment we stepped off the plane we knew we were in great hands. The taxi was waiting and one of team met us to direct us to our accommodation.
We had a suite, our room was big, clean and just perfect. I cannot exaggerate the level of care and attention we received. We also used the Hammam in the Riad

What a wonderful hotel! The service was amazing. From the moment we arrived in the airport (they had a driver meet us there and take us to the hotel for 15usd) we felt very well taken care of. When we arrived at the hotel the staff had us sit and relax in their beautiful atrium with some tea and cookies while they brought our luggage to the room. During this time they give us a brief overview of the city; where to go/not go, eat/not to eat.
Our room was the Berber junior suite, which was so beautiful and quiet. The bed was firm but comfortable and the shower was beautiful.
The terrace is great for a sunbath or to find a nice spot to read. This hotel does serve alcohol so you can have a nice refreshing drink on the terrace as well. Be aware of the cats that roam the roofs. They walk around like the own the place and can be loud at night, however it seems like a norm in the city so I cannot penalties Klum for that.
The only negative I can think of is that the condition of some of the amenities were well used. For example the pool was missing quite a few tiles and the terrace chairs were quite old to the point of being unsafe.
All in all I will be back without a moment a hesitation.
