Beds not good, food was average, location was nice, cleanliness ok, i liked the revolving restaurant

It was simply great. Super value for money. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Only problem was not properly heated water for bathing.

The hotel was next to kathmandu international airport. 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hotel to airport. Had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was really good.

In photos it’s shows deluxe but in reality lower than normal rooms. And hotel is 3 star. very very bed experience

They were not courteous. They tried to say that here is no booking. It was embarrassing. Then i responded strongly n showed my pnr number n tax invoice too. After that. They came on track. It was good

But could have been better. Could have been cheaper at price. Not that much good as per the price. Bathroom was very small and old. Room was still fine. Location wise still okay.

I had a wonderful stay. Room was neat and clean. Everything was perfect. The best thing i liked was the food. )
Good location for transit passengers. Remember that property is near to international airport but need more 15 minutes for walking distance of domestic airport.

Stayed for 3 days (under separate bookings) by water heater / boiler was not working. Believe management is not interested in rectifying the problem.
