The hotel is located at a posh location. This is very near to all the major locations of thamel. Rooms are very good. The staff is very courteous & welcoming. Overall a very budget friendly stay option.

The staff was friendly no doubt but there was no hot water available for complete so many days so difficult to bath. Also breakfast they only give bread all three days.

Friendly hotel staff, very polite and helpful. Stay has been pleasant. Although, rooms were little small, yet very cozy and well furnished. No hustle while checking.

The staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. Although, they could improve upon the TV set in my room was not working as they told the cable is cut.

It was an average or below average experience. I may not prefer to use it again. Cost was also okay com pairing the price hotels charges in that particular area where this hotel was located. Overall just okay

Good Budget Hotel centrally located at Kathmandu.

Room was small in size, was clean with basic facilities with clean toilet, its a budget type hotel centrally located near thamel, Kathmandu. Suggest management to keep provision for tea and coffee in room. Staff was good, friendly in nature. I would recommend as the cost is very competitive.

Good service, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice clean room, location good enough, near to the market, a little problem with water pressure and hot water availability, hotel a bit difficult to locate at night but they send free airport shuttle on request

Very Bad Experience

I booked Hotel Buddha land looking the Star Ranking on MMT. The room booked was from Deluxe category but when I checked in the room, it was a small room with broken furniture and all the basic amenities required for a deluxe room were missing. There was no intercom. Upon asking the Hotel management, I was told that it was not a 3-star property. MMT has categorized it as 3-star own its own. I feel cheated.

Everything was excellent right from the location to the facilities provided. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to stay at the hotel as it was the last day of our trip to Nepal. Nevertheless enjoyed every bit of whatever time that was available to us.

Location wise it is 4 out 5 otherwise rooms were comparatively clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was really good and memorable. The behaviour of hotel staff was friendly and well mannered. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful, friendly people. Arelief from dusty Kathmandu atmosphere. Only solace from pollution was the hotel. Visit Kathmandu only for religious purpose. If you want peace and enjoy nature other places like Pokhra are better & less polluted. However in Kathmendu Hotel Budhaland was a hatke experience.

Both the rooms we stayed in were very nice, clean and tidy with balcony and AC... Though they don't have elevator, the staff are very co-operative about luggages.. Bathrooms are very clean with hot and cold water, but abut small..

Location of hotel is good, actually it is in Cities main Thamel area. Hotel does not have restaurant, so you have to go out for foo ding. All tolatiries are not provided in the room. But hotel staff is very courteous. Rooms are neat and clean.
