A foul smell all around when you enter in hotel...a very old property...not well maintained...staff behaviour is good...but lack of services...old carpets in corridor are dirty and having foul smell..no hair dryer, a vault, shaving kit etc, Entrance in hotel looks like entering in a logde ..bad elements are used to sitting at enternace of hotel all time...no cleanliness...MMT must survey before recommending such 4* properties...

Food was good, behaviour of staff was courteous. But outer look of hotel is not attractive. Decorum of room was also not up to mark. However overall it's a good hotel.

Not at all 4-star property, old property, poor locks, no hot water facility. Not at all worth it i personally never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ants on bed. No good variety of breakfast.
Worst hotel experience ever, hotel felt like a haunted one, staff wasn't helpful at all and everone stared like lecherous people like they haven't seen a girl before. If you are planning to stay there with your family i suggest you go for another hotel. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

It is at very prime location near narayanhiti museum and thamel market. All staff are very supportive and polite. Breakfast is also very nice.

Bath tub was all yellow in poor condition, we requested for change of room which was given without bathtub. New room was full of ants. Bathroom, washpipe was leaking. Corridor was full of dirt and dirst. No housekeeping post 6 pm.

I have booked 4 star property but the hotel woodland is old construction old rooms with dirty furniture, i am not satisfied. I entered the room and the lights are fussed i called to electrician i am also not satisfied with make my trip. Very unprofessional experience with make my trip also. ?

Excellent location, spacious rooms, all rooms pool facing, big and clean swimming pool, good food. Hotel building is old and require some more maintenance.
