Location - average
food - i enjoyed the morning buffet, especially some of the indian options they had. Liked the margherita pizza too. Rooms are big and spacious

It was a family vacation trip, initially disappointed with hotel amenities were under renovation due to off season, hotel management upgraded to suit after 2 nights, over all very nice staff, good food, excellent ambience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a great experience from check in to check out. The hotel staff was very polite and helped me with all my queries. Chef baburam came personally to understand my food preferences.

I would not suggest anyone to book hyatt in kathmandu. Literally nothing was provided in the room. No dental kits, no slippers, no shaving kit, incomplete set of towels. The shower was not working properly. Terrible experience in the second time, although the first time we checked in, it was good and appropriate.

We booked hotel for 3 days from 10th january to 13th january for our trip to kathmandu 2 rooms for 6 ppl, on 2nd day we had 2 guest coming into hotel but hotel staff & manager declined to provide them accommodation stating they can't provide guest booking on our stay, we told them to book a new room for them but still they said they will not give any kind of accommodation to them

Good hotel with great service. The breakfast spread was elaborate and the overall food quality was good. Rooms are slightly small, but well maintained. It's located fairly close to the airport and well connected to major tourist sites.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. They set an example of how a friendly staff can make their stay pleasant. The restaurant took care of my dad very well. Over the above they were always asking if they can help with anything more. I seriously loved that place.

Counter men behave just like local type hotel and make condition for their services but receptionist behaves very good she herself come to show our room excellent
