    The property's location is excellent, just behind the lakeside and only a minute walk to a few boat attractions. The rooms are okay with a city view and decent space. The staff and receptionist were good in nature and provided nice service. The locality of the property was very good. However, some guests faced issues with hot water not being provided in the morning, poor wifi facility, and unclean rooms. Some guests also faced issues with staff behavior and poor room service.
