Hotel ambiance and rooms are good. (i have booked 7 rooms for 2 days. But there is no hot water. They say we have slightly warm water only. And that water have no pressure. So you need to use bucket only for bath.

Property is located at awesome location right opposite to the fewa lake and next to the market . The hotel and restaurant staffs are very polite and food is too good .
Please the try the Nepali Thakali Bhoj Thali.

Bad hotel

Bad room given by them worst room service no amenities in the room bathroom was worst to use i have wasted my money by choosing this property the girl at the reception has a very rude behaviour response time is so very late. Next time i wont be visiting that hotel and not to suggest someone

Jo bhi picture chahie dikha rahe hain v ah bilkul galat hai inke vahan khane ki quality acchi nah-in hai room vagaira ki quality acchi nah-in hai gadde to baht hi bekar hai sone ki baht problem ho rahi hai

Lake view resort in pokhara is best one. Ambience is natural. Staffs are so active and good response.

Nightmare, no one should visit

I am an avid traveller but never faced such situation. Staying at this property was a nightmare. Stayed at there highest category room still the room didn’t had fridge. Upon asking they refused and told that the room doesn’t entitles a fridge. There were frequent power cuts as long as 3 hrs and on confrontation the staff got rude. They claim themselves to be a 4 star resort yet charge for ice cubes. The food taste is pathetic, actually not worthy of eating, we ordered once and left it as it is. The only saving grace was its location otherwise i think no one should book it. You will end up wasting your time and money. The acs here are inefficient during days and in evening they start dripping from ceiling below the ac unit.

The room was to basic with no almirah, no chairs, no geyser ! the room was way far from the amenities mentioned

Location of the property is just opposite to phewa Lake, excellent location. It was very pleasant stay. Resort's staff are very supportive and humble. Evening cultural show was very nice. Overall excellent experience 👍

Staff is good and understanding. Hotel - it’s not that good in terms of rooms and cleanliness. It’s ok hotel. Since the bathrooms tubs are not clean. Hotel rooms needs renovation since it’s an old property. But if u want to stay in front of lake then lake view is your option. It’s restaurant is good and u can see the lake and as hotel is located near lake. They have cultural program in evening.

The room size is okay, however they haven't provided the toiletries in the room in the initial. The hotel has also not provided a guy to carry our luggage
