johnny.familyNov 24, 2024 Solid location. However, the unit was not clean and there was a sewage stench in the building common areas. As noted by some previous guests, noise is also an issue due to the building being located next to a busy road and tram line. More concerning though, was that our unit was infested with mosquitoes at check-in (the lobby also seemed to have a similar issue throughout our stay). Several people were bitten multiple times each, which made sleeping difficult and the stay itself generally unbearable. Also worth noting is that our particular unit had slanted walls, which makes it easy to bump your head when navigating through the tight space.
Poor flat, smell of sewage everywhere
Very bad small of sewage throughout the flat. Probably there is a problem with the drainage and the smell intensifies while staying if you don’t keep the windows open all time. We were out during the day and back during the evening and by entering the flat the smell was unbearable.
Poor conditions and didn’t expect this from Limehome.

colleen.familyOct 12, 2024 Property located within walking distance of a lot shopping and sightseeing. I had trouble getting/ finding the codes in my email and had to call them upon arrival in Lisbon.
Very nice apartment to stay in. Only complaint is that online check-in has a few hurdles, and I did not see the emails telling me to do it BEFORE I arrived. So, my fault, but I was a bit afraid I wouldn't be able to get in. (they do have a number you can call if that happens). Overall, great!
I’ve spent almost 2hs to solve a 2 euros payment, outside, on road, under sun to receive de electronic password with a poor class of attention, they are not active, just wait we decide call many times with incorrect orientation - terrible!!!
The rooms are very good, too much noise during night with trains passing each 15 minutes all night
Pretty okay, but some caveats.
The apartment is on the same street as a trolley, and is generally noisy during the day. Otherwise it’s a great location.
The space was tidy but not the cleanest. When I arrived there were used towels left on the dining table. Also smudged mirrors, dirty stove top, stained upholstery.
The communication was not bad, but also not the greatest. I had a couple of issues related to my check-in that were resolved fairly quickly, so I was very appreciative that they were responsive.
Unfortunately, the big issue for me was that my privacy felt compromised. The house keeper entered the apartment while I was there. No knock, she had the door code and let herself in. I don’t blame her at all - it seems no one told her I had extended my stay one additional day.
Also, around 10:30am the same day, I received a text from LimeHome that a technician was scheduled to come into my apartment in the afternoon. They didn’t say for what, or give a specific time. Their only recommendation was to stay in the apartment with my belongings or take them with me while I’m out to avoid any risk of theft.
The technician came at 2pm and said he’d be back in 30 mins. He didn’t return until 4pm, along with two other men. Just like the house cleaner, no knock, they simply let themselves in. Felt pretty invasive.
Ultimately, they were here to clean the AC units. I waited 4 hours for 15 mins of work that they could have done after I checked out the following day. Not good.
Great location. Shower needs a curtain or more barrier, otherwise, water runs onto the floor
Amazing location.. Nice size apt .. good for a family of 4 .. full size kitchen , Big bathroom , living room and a bedroom.. walking distance to Center of Lisbon ..

Super Appartment im Herzen von Lissabon.
Alles vorhanden, gut ausgestattet, sanierter Altbau.
Leider durch ander Gäste besonders am Wochenende in der Nacht sehr hellhörig.

Espaçoso no coraçao de Lisboa
Unidade ótima, com quarto separado, closet e banheiro, com banheira, muito espaçoso. Sala bem grande com mesa pra refeiçoes integrada. Cozinha ampla, com lava-louças e lava e seca roupas. Localizaçao a duas quadras da praça do comércio, Rua Augusta e todo o Rossio e pontos principais. O único inconveniente é que Uber nao pode transitar na quadra do Hotel, pois é reservada a ônibus, bondes e trams. Tem de ir até uma das esquinas.

Buena ubicación. Sarro en los baños que da mala apariencia. No me gustó que a último momento te piden información de las personas que se quedan, sin saber si tienes buen servicio de internet. De buenas si lo tenía y pude hacer el check in mientras viajaba hacia Lisboa
Pero en general buena experiencia
Location strategica, appartamento con dimensioni adeguate a una famiglia da 4 con figli grandi. Peccato il bagno accessibile solo dalla camera da letto. Tutto però funzionava bene.
