    Disappointing stay in several ways

    The hotel's location is superb, offering a great view of the skyline. However, the services were extremely disappointing. We had booked a deluxe loft suite and expected excellent service from such a brand. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways. The bathroom sink was clogged, the bathroom door was jammed, the amplifiers didn't work, and even basic amenities like wi-fi were unavailable. Despite numerous calls, no one responded promptly. When a technician finally arrived, they struggled for 45 minutes but couldn't fix the issues. It took another 45 minutes and speaking with the manager before we were finally moved to a different room. No attempt was made to make up for this fiasco from the hotel’s end either. The next day, when we visited the spa, the reception desk was unattended. Later, we were informed that this was due to a scheduling mix-up. Overall, i do not recommend this hotel at all. Doha has many other amazing properties to choose from. The indoor pool was the only redeeming feature in this hotel.
