It was amazing experience in this hotel. Only thing they need to improve regarding for providing basic things like dentle kits, sleepers, also food availability

The rooms are good but the shuttle service should be every 30 minutes to ha-ram. As the hotel distance is far away from haram.

There was horrible smell in the first room allocated but upon our request they changed our room. The corridor carpets and sofa hand cushions in the rooms were dirty and stained badly.

The rooms are clean and decent for the price, but no toiletries are offered. Plus breakfast is bit expensive. Good stay for people on budget.

It is economically good people staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious. Carpets are very old and some washrooms are very smelly. They have excellent shuttle service to ha-ram

I recently stayed at the ibis mecca and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and business district. I recently stayed at the ibis mecca during my pilgrimage and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's proximity to the holy mosque (approximately 50 meters) made it an ideal choice. *pros* 1. Excellent location, close to ha-ram and shopping areas
2. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms
3. Friendly and helpful staff
4. Delicious breakfast and room service options
5. Modern amenities, including free wi-fi *cons* 1. Limited parking options
2. Some rooms have limited natural light *highlights* - 24-hour reception and prayer room

Amazing hospitality, lovely hotel, comfortable stay. We stayed here for 2 days and budget friendly and very nice for family stay. Must stay here with your family. They have shuttle service which is hourly so very convenient to reach ha-ram and get back. Was surprising to get this stay at a great offer on make my trip. Ibis is a good brand

My stay at ibis styles was overall good, i will recommend this to others as well. The only problem was with shuttle that they will drop u at ghaza bus stand, and then you need to walk for around 10 mins to Haram. I will suggest to take taxi if you are coming with family for reaching haram. Apart from this, this hotel will prove to be a good choice.

Alhamdulillah very nice experience in a good price with helpfully staff
the shuttle service is good and it is there 24 hours
shuttle drops at al gazzah station and there is walk till (haram near marwah) of 5 min approx 800 metres breakfast is good and commendable

Overall good experience, pleasant to stay, with good options in breakfast and diligent staff in breakfast restaurant, housekeeping and reception. Perfect place to stay for um-rah guests.
