Excellent location very close, walkable distance from al masjid an nabawi, spacious room (though little old) and good breakfast, excellent service at reception.

The location was amazing

The hotel is so close to al rawda al shareefa. 5 min walk. And 10 min walk to the ladies prayer hall no 14. Room is so good. Breakfast is amazing! will definitely come back.

I recently stayed at the pullman zam zam madina hotel and had a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff who offered a warm welcome. My room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the city and partial haram view. The amenities, including the fitness center, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a closer stay to the haram.

Very good experience. Professional staff, polite and helpful front desk. Apart from very modern and comfortable rooms. One issue we had was the usb phone charger outlet was not working. Also the bathroom shower glass door is missing. Room 1019

What an inviting hotel. Near the ha-ram and all we needed for a wonderful stay in beautiful madinah. Clean rooms with a view of the ha-ram dome. I didn’t feel like leaving. Breakfast was yummy. Very helpful staff. Especially yunus who went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

It was indeed pleasure to express our happiness regarding our wonderful stay at pullman medinah its really easy to access masjid al nabwi from this property and it's very close, for shopping & dining many options down and opposite side

The hotel was good, it's close to the ****** but it's still a 5-10 minute walk to the masjid to pray inside. The room service is really slow, we always had to wait for a while when we called. The breakfast restaurant is a long walk from the room if your room is at the other end of the hotel. But the advantage of having a room at the other end is that it's closer to the haram. There aren't many restaurant options near the hotel, so you either have to walk to the opposite side of the haram or walk further away to bilal masjid where you'll find some good options.
