It is an amazing stay here. It is very flexible for the bus commute and the 11 by 7 store is also in front of the hotel

Excellent location, right on the main street of joo chiat. Distance from the mart is the only challenge, however multiple bus stops all around

Compared to standard size hotel rooms, which we usually expect, this hotel room is small but comfortable and the washroom is clean, they provided a tooth brush kit, shower gel, coffee and tea kit, 2 water bottles of 500 ltr. If anyone is planning to visit singapore and looking for only a stay purpose then this is a good option, location wise is also very good

Hotel front desk staff was very helpful. They have place to store your baggage after check out. I collect my baggage at 10 Pm. Stay was good.
Everything was good. Location was good. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Service provided was good. Location was also convenient. However, vegetarian food was difficult to get in the locality.
Good stay with cleanliness. Rooms are a bit small but you expect that in Singapore.

Location was Ok, not enough eating options for vegetarians.
The rooms were very small, there was not enough space for luggage, there was not enough cabinets. Because of thier late check-in timings its not suitable for people who reach by early flights. The size of rooms is not enough to accommodate a family. Its mostly suitable for solo travellers.

Location is awesome. Very near to public transport (bus stop). Staff is 80% cooperated. Rooms are quite small But okay for a couple and if you travelling with a baby so please inform the hotel before two days. Actually lack of staff in the hotel. They don't serve food in hotel. But a lot of food options near to hotel. Clubs are around the hotel but not for family. But location is so safe and beautiful. You can go with this hotel all tourist attractions are easy to approach But taking bus 16& 33..

The location was just right to experience Singapore city life. The room was clean and staff honest. Amenities provided was adequate. We were very happy there that we even extended our stay. Thank you fragrance for a lovely stay in Singapore

Only problem is no food in the hotel but rest everything is good. You can access everything from this point. Breakfast no worry because outside you can have it in cheap rate. Night life is good. You can get cab in late night as well but it will give you a little bit pain on your wallet. But that is okay. For your family tour. One time investment.

It is excellent with respect to value for money. I bought 3-day tour pass for SGD 30 per person and enjoyed unlimited access in public transport for 3 days, in addition to one time bubble boat ride on Singapore river and 1-day hop-on and hof-off bus. Singapore has most excellent public transport network, I have visited so far. From the hotel we availed bus no. 33 and bus no.16 to nearest MRT station at Dakota and all the tourist spots were within my reach within a short time. Singapore is safe for 24 hours. Cost of food is not high. The people here, including the public servants, are very cooperative and alert. If they found you in trouble, the themselves approach you to assist. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. But 3 days are not enough. Singapore is a small country with many sightseeing places. I highly recommend the hotel and a visit to Singapore.

Staff is not good at the hotel. No proper response given by hotel staff. Rooms are clean but sometimes there is negligence. Its cheap hotel or you can say value for money. Location is okay. Specially complaint with the reception staff. No proper response or consideration for the staff.

Worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Could hear people having sex in the next room. No restaurant facility available. Staff of hotel are very unfriendly and rude and useless. They made me wait for 30 odd minutes during check in though I had prior reservation. Will not suggest any one to opt this place.
