I recently stayed at novotel on kitchener, and while the overall stay was comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. However, the room service was disappointing. Requests were either delayed significantly or not fulfilled at all, which was frustrating and impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was quite average. The variety was limited, and the quality of the food did not meet expectations for a hotel of this standard. Although the stay was comfortable in terms of accommodation, the lack of attentive service and mediocre dining options show that there’s definitely room for improvement.

Our stay in novotel was one of the best experiences in singapore. They gave us a early checkin upon request through email, the breakfast spread was very good, they cleaned the rooms everyday and the staff were very courteous in helping us with queries

This is ideal stay for indian families. We have reasonable veg and non veg restaurants in close vicinity. Some are purely veg like - mtr restaurant. This restaurant is located near a very attractive temple. We mostly had south indian food there and it was value for money. The hotel is well connected. Singapore metro station - farrer park is just across the road located inside city mall. Metro is well organized and covers most of tourist attractions. You can save extra sgd if you travel by this metro (mrt)

I stayed with family at novotel in singapore and we had a really good time. The staff is very helpful and they also helped me arrange a special surprise for my family. The rooms are spacious and clean and the service is very quick

Very well located, clean rooms. Everyday cleaning and change of towels and coffee accessories. Transport facilities like bus, metro, taxis are excellent. For poor eaters breakfast is expensive as all restaurants are within 2 minutes walk at 30% cost. Staff are very helpful without any expectation. Enjoyed four nights stay from 9th to 13 th december.

Lack of staff for luggage drop to room and in the dining area. Stay clear of the person named john at the reception. He is terrible and will treat you with utmost disrespect. No variety of indian food in the breakfast. Menu remains the same on a daily basis. Location however is a plus. It is near to metro station and indian food joints.

As soon as we arrived, we met john at the reception who after checking the booking told us that we would be charged $300 if there is any sort of stain on the bedsheet. Instead of greeting us, he made a grumpy face and said that if there is any damage to the room, he will charge us money. Never ever this was the first line when we went for hotel check in. Moreover, we booked this hotel for good indian breakfast but the options are too limited and lacks taste. Despite 90% of their guests are indian, still they discriminate between indians and people of other nationalities. Breakfast is till 10:30am but they stop refilling food by 10am. Rude staff and poor amenities. They do not provide body lotions etc. No one will come to drop luggage till a couple hours. I had to go get the luggage myself which they had conveniently parked in the luggage room near reception. Don't book this place unless you get it in dirt cheap price because it certainly does not fulfill even the basic expectations.

Very good hotel, near to indian restaurant, nice family room. Staff was also good. Room service, cleanliness was excellent. Room were spacious and its family freindly. Will recommended for family goers. Check in and check out was also smooth.
