They would never answer calls. Customer service is average. Hotel is old and lobbies are not clean. Room size is decent and location is good.

Stayed for 4 days for a family vacation. The location of hotel is convenient, near to mrt/bus stations. Room is comfortable and decent sized according to singapore standards. But service is little poor (reception stopped picking up after 1st day. Also the floor carpet could have better cleaning.

The hotel is at great location. The MRT station and the bus stop is right next to the hotel so this makes it very convenient for conveyance. The house keeping staffs are too good but the front desk staffs are very ill mannered. Even if the rooms are vacant they will not give you early check in before half an hour. Swimming pool and suana everything was closed, that was really disappointing. Stay was comfortable.

It is very clean hotel, well located with courteous staff. The club rooms are very good and so is the additional facilities they give for those booking club room. The breakfast spread can be a tad better but overall, it is value for money

Furthermore, the culinary offerings are diverse, encompassing the flavors of korean, thai, and indian cuisine, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Moreover, guests are pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the rooms, which surpass the standards of many other accommodations in the area. This attention to detail contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable stay for visitors. However, despite these positive attributes, there are notable drawbacks that detract from the overall experience. One significant issue is the lack of responsiveness from the room service staff. Guests frequently find themselves needing to visit the reception desk for assistance, as calls for room service often go unanswered. This can be frustrating for guests who expect prompt and efficient service during their stay. Additionally, there are complications regarding the breakfast package offered by the hotel. Upon check-in, guests have encountered delays as the hotel staff repeatedly inquire about the inclusion of breakfast in their reservation. This lack of clarity and organization on the part of the hotel management not only causes inconvenience but also reflects poorly on the establishment's professionalism and attention to detail.

A really nice property located in the heart of the city, every top attraction or tourist place is within 15 minutes distance. The hotel staff is very nice, they gave me a complimentary upgrade to the room.
