The location was perfect, close to shopping. I felt completely at ease and well cared for during my stay.

Room is ok and bed, ac and rest room everything is good. But service very rude. Normally at reception we can see smile greeting or normal but here in rucksack inn very rude and terrible. My other roommates also have same experiences.

Gud to see the started providing worthy cakes in mrng and initiative on providing toiletries are gud improvement. Aircon and locks of the room i stayed need to be inspected bathrooms and toilets need to be cleaned frequently as the users are more in numbers as usual check out time is too early

I like their service very much and i am very satisfied, very neat and clean room's. Must stay for this room
The stay was perfect. Beds are very comfortable and room temperature is perfect. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Good space to sit in common area

Ok. The place was very convenient to the mrt and all the public transport. And the staff were supper supportive for all your doubts and the place was very clean. Enjoyed very well my first trip to singapore. Right place to start with

Writing this review so that other solo travelers can benefit. Just book this hostel, very good staff breakfast is complimentary, very hygienic, value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and had no issues at all.

This is best place to stay if you are Solo traveller. The environment over there is awesome. The States and very polite and cooperative. I must say whenever I will go to Singapore I will stay there. It is not that it is affordable but I feel comfortable over there.
