    Good hotel building with many flaws

    I stayed for 2 nights, on the first night i wanted a fork to eat instant noodles, so i went down to the reception to ask for a fork, the man there was utterly rude and gave me a fork as if he was doing me a favor, and he also said to me "don't forget to bring the fork back to the restaurant after i finish eating", he talked to me as if i was going to take his fork home, and as if i didn't have forks at home. The girls at the reception were kind and polite and very helpful, they also guided me how to go to the airport. The rooms were good, standard ibis design, with tiny bathrooms. But that's ok. But the aircondition in the room cannot be controlled inspite of having a controller, it was freezing cold in the room. We asked to temperature change but they refused, we asked for a heater in the room, they didn't provide. But they did provide an extra blanket. The worst part of the our stay was the breakfast, after charging us 14000 won approximately per person, the food we received was pathetic, dried up scrambled eggs and wilted dried sausage. I have stayed at ibis worldwide, but this one was the worst. Being an accor plus member we didn't receive any discounts. For meal for 2 it's usually 50%, but they only offered 10. Feel like scammed. I highly recommend the hotel to do proper training for their staff especially that crazy man at the reception on the 8th night. Total put offff. If you need a good trainer to teach you soft skills, call me, i have 17 years of experience in hospitality industry and i have travel-led the world and stayed in many hotels, but never had anyone treat me like i am a thief. .

    The hotel is located at a central place specially for food and shopping centre. The UNESCO Road is just a few steps from the hotel. I would definitely stay at the same place during my next visit.
