    Internet is very bad. Tv remote was not working.

    Internet connection at hotel is very bad. The speed was so low that we couldn't even load youtube video. The tv remote was not working. No body came even after calling at reception to report the issue. I had to go down my self get the screw driver and used battery cells and replace it. But internet couldn't get fixed at all. I couldn't use it at all on laptop neither on phone.

    Great hotel with great service

    Stayed here for 5 days. The hotel is in the low emission zone of barcelona so the locality is quite. There's good connectivity with plenty of bus stops and metro station nearby. The staff was quite courteous and the service was exemplary. Moreover since the entry into hotel premises is access controlled, so safety is no issue. Overall a great place to stay.
