sigrid x.familyOct 27, 2024 The double bedroom is pretty small for 2 people. There is no place to put the suitcase. The bathroom is pretty small as well. Our room is facing to the street. It is noisy. And it is hard to sleep for us. All the rest is good. Staff is very friendly and polite. It is a 3-4 minutes walk distance from the metro staion Quintana if you chose the right exit. The neighborhood is safe and lively.

Me gustó la ubicación, tiene la estación del metro muy cerca, varias cafeterías, tiendas y supermercados. El personal normal, atienden bien (basico).
ronald.familyOct 08, 2024 The property was in a convenient location, an easy drive to the airport. Good food options. Our room was a good size. The bathroom was a bit odd, with a shower mounted quite low on the wall. The shower area itself was worn and didn’t seem as clean as the rest of the place. It was also noisy: loud traffic all night and lots of people noise from outside until at least midnight.

Buen lugar en buena zona para hospedarse en Madrid. Económico, con el metro a 5 minutos. La habitación es pequeña.
Very good hotel for the money. Also perfect for transport as next to 2 metro stations and on the bus route for 146. The rooms are clean, have working AC and hot showers

Very nice for the price. Would stay again and I recommend it to others. Easy access to two metro stations. Easy walk to Plaza Toros and Ventas.
Out of the way area, but easy metro to center
Great place tucked away from central Madrid, but easy access to everything via the metro close by (easy walking distance). Young man at the desk spoke great English and was very helpful (and sincerely nice, unsually). Room was facing street, but windows were double-pane and VERY quiet when closed and steel shade lowered. Overall, was very happy with the area and the hotel. If I stay in Madrid again, I will stay here. For the price, it's a steal.
The room was very clean and tidy. The cute lady at the reception was very nice and friendly!
The only downside is the entrance. At the first instance it looked like a grocery entrance.

It is hard to squeeze into the chair and desk cramped by the bed. There is absolutely no usable shelves or drawers. Cleanliness was generally fine. The room could be vacuumed more thoroughly. The sheets, pillows and the towels were not changed over a 5-night stay. The English of the staff was limited but they had a friendly.disposition and were helpful..
