    I was not allowed to occupy the room as i was late for check in. I was traveling overnight from barcelona and was reaching madrid early morning n when i reached hotel they refused check in as they said i was late for check-in. I had prepaid the entire room charges. But still room was not allotted.

    I had a terrible stay

    I have already complained on twitter. The stay was the worst stay till date through MMT. Though it was Ibis it was a sharp contrast to any Ibis. Please contact me on 20th post 2 pm.
