Kingsburry cplombo is a great property with all amenities up to the mark. Its elegance and ambience reflects in at every inxh of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and has a nice view from the room. Pool is excellent. Last but not the least the best part of the hotel is its restaurants they serve very delicious food. The dinner and breakfast buffet is quite spread with a lot of varities to eat. Over all kingsbury is the best property

The location is very good and the renovated rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is very good too with a lot of options. Overall a great experience.

The service was not good as compared to other everything was coming an hour late. Sometimes, it may take 2 hours.

Price is low, online booking is easy through make my trip excellent, hotel is also good all fe all features are good in the hotel and the services are good. Ambience is excellent and it is nearby to sea everything is fine in this area.

Excellent location and a wonderful hotel. The lobby of the hotel is buzzing with a large footfall and the ambiance is amazzzzing. The open air bar and restaurant on the terrace is electrifying when the live music adds to its glory. The staff is courteous and helpful. My only observation is about the f&b managers and supervisors who just stand in one corner during breakfast and do not take any initiative to check with the patrons and guests about what could be done more and how could they help. Their presence is meant to make the breakfast memorable but this significantly lacks in the breakrestaurant. Also the food needs to be warmed properly and not left to the mercy of the guests to consume. Coffee shop managers and supervisors need to be more alert.

An excellent property with a great service. Food is good and the view from the sea facing room is excellent. The hotel is the best in colombo from a footfall standpoint. All at the reception are very helpful and courteous. I fully recommend a stay here

Delay in response to any service request/ kingsbury has strip down their services & have become like a three star business hotel or even worse. Basic courtesy is missing among the staff members / breakfast spread is poor. When asked for additional water of bottles: was refused. This for someone who has booked rooms for 4-5 days.

Excellent property, perfect location in colombo. Such a fantastic experience to stay here. Everything is walking distance from here and loved the hospitality of the staff. They were quite helpful in guiding us

This is a classical hotel in colombo, as such that have had a long time to get things right (150 years) - and it is perfect. The attentive-ness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the dining make it a really good stay.

Very smelly corridors, needs lot of maintainance and i had 3 rooms and all rooms were completely filled with cigarette smell.

Kingsbury hotel, stayed there for 4 nights, room with pool view are disaster, the pool has a loud outdoor music lounge noise goes on through the day till midnight. Also the back view is pretty sore to the eye. The hotel in room dining, wow i ordered multiple times but not a single time they got the food instruction right. I understand lankan love eating spicy food, but not everyone has a liking for it. So when we say not spicy includes not heating up green chilly or over use of black pepper. Location is perfect close to the best mall, the evening buffet at harbor court is amazing, the ground manager at the restaurant very accommodating. Himesh at front desk, worth the mention he was quick with checkin and checkout and tariqa offered room options when i complained about my two rooms. Overall i want to give them 4/10. I would stay next time shangri la or taj samudra, i'd love my hotel to be much neat and clean, good furnishing and fitting, clean carpets and guests that are not hoodlums. Also i don't want to got o a hotel that has too many weddings that get mixed up in one entrance lobby making guest stay uncomfortable.
