If you are going to Pinnawala and staying in this Hotel, there is no need to buy tickets to Elephant Orphanage. Every day the elephants come right outside the hotel in the river and the hotel offers a very close view. This is a fulfilling experience. The rooms are decent, modern and spacious. Taking a room facing the river will make the stay even better.
