Fantastic stay, room was small but comfortable. Overall service was satisfactory and check inn/ check out was smooth.

Good property with excellent staff

Decent property about 10 minutes walk from lucerne central station. We were upgraded to a suite room by the very friendly and courteous front desk officer mr ronaldo. Always a pleasant smile on his face and always willing to help, it the well worth staying in the hotel for this

Great value for money

Location is convenient with close access to public transport which connects to the main Station and is also at a short walking distance from the Station. bathroom Wash room door was not meant to close tight shut and was without a bolt or lock. That's a bit of a compromise on privacy.

Stay was amazing, enjoyed the view from room. Staff was very nice and friendly, It is close to Lucerne station, hardly 5 mins walk. Climate was amazing. Had fun, would recommend for all age group. Have fun.

Very expensive hotel

I hope after spending 200 euro for one night stay you can expect a good room. I understand its Switzerland but still hotel doesn't worth this price tag. It was a hot day and they just provide a very small fan (that also on request) and top of that there is no space to keep that fan. They haven't provided any kettle for hot water and for hot water restaurant is charging 2. 5chf (however from me they not charged as I only took 50ml water for my Baby). I will not recommend this hotel.
