It's a nice cosy hotel right in front on the venice railway station. Five stars for location! staff is very friendly and helpful. The only flip side is that the hotel is a little old and rooms aren't very big. 4

Hotel sent me a pickup and drop to the station. Breakfast was good also the evening tea.

Location is the plus point

Location of the hotel is very near to train station. Apart from this, nothing too good time mention. Reception staffs are so so, breakfast is ok, room size is so so. Main problem that we faced is terrible sound of some construction work on our upper floor in the afternoon till 6 pm. Hotel management should look into it. I won't recommend this hotel.

Very good location walkable distance from station. Clean rooms and spacious. A good breakfast and good customer service. Facilities in the room are adequate and what needed were provided. ( Iron board and steam iron). Would strongly recommend this hotel for stay.

The hotel was good with very good customer service specially reception manager Mr Mahamood. Location of hotel was not so good and you need to climb stairs there is no lift in the hotel. Breakfast was average. But at last worth for money I spend.

The hotel was very good location hardly walking from the Zermatt station the property is nicely maintained. The view from the balcony is awesome and Matterhorn view. The hotel located centrally very nearby the market and all the place around is walkable distances.

Loved the ambience and superb hospitality. The hotel itself is a visual treat and their antique set up was the cherry on top of the cake. With a wonderful balcony view and free WiFi in the room, it was the perfect blend of nature and technology.

The hotel was in perfect location and just 2 minutes walk to station, it was in close proximity to Zermatt main market as well. Breakfast was too good particularly the baked beans and scramble eggs. We had some good time staying in Zermatt, all thanks to the hospitality of the hotel.

Nice location. Nice rooms. Breakfast included many options but not in vegetarian as usual. Nice place to.visit zermat. Near to train station. Just 2 min walking. Rooms with balcony, excellent view from balcony. Spacious washrooms. Overall good
