    No ac! not so great views!

    Its hot in zurich sometimes and do check the weather before booking as this hotel doesn't have a ac- they have some ventilation system which doesn't cool and can leave you perspiring. Rooms are done beautifully and location is a good. Some rooms are facing renovation and have worst views possible for such an expensive room. Value for money isn't there. Service is hit and miss- they dont volunteer to take your bags up- if you ask they might! sometimes they reply- if you want it to be cooler please open your windows- sometimes they assist in getting you a fan. So depends on your luck!
