Nice hotel very close to airport. Very cooperative staff. Good breakfast and near to rumlang train station. It takes less than 10 minutes on foot to reach rumlang station. Hotel has pickup and drop facility to and from airport. It is value for money hotel not very expensive.

Location is near to airport. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was reasonably okay, though limited choices for vegetarians. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Location is 6 to 8 minutes walk from Rümlang Railway station.Breakfast as usual is continental . Subway and MacD are just at 2 minutes walkable distance

Stayed there for a day. The check-in process was pretty seamless. The property is close to the zurich airport as well.

Breakfast quality of food was very poor, rooms cleaning service very poor they claim we are the best but they don’t change bedsheets every they are dirty, safety not there there staff entered in our room by using master key, we complained the issue then they said we are investigating the same. Then they issued apology letter for the same but it’s never done in our history

Bad taste of holiday inn in zurich aiport

Denied early checkin at 10 am and asked euro. 55/day extra without breakfast. Also collected euro. 7+7 additional charges in cash at the time of check-in past 2 pm. Collected euro. 10+10 for airport drop upon checkout transparent bathroom didn’t found workable for twin occupancy in the room. Zero toiletries provided in the room. Overall not a good show by holiday inn group of hotels. They didn't’t bothered my request to check my igh number and provide the requested facility. Totally unsatisfied guest(s) at holiday inn. Avoid this hotel. The room provided was having the view of a parking lot and was very small. Despite requests they did not move us to different room. The room was bang in the the middle of the hotel and we could not open the curtains as every one in the hotel would have been able to see us. Further, although the hotel promised express breakfast, only croisant and coffee was available. Even they charged city tax for our 6 year old son. Across europe, we never came across another hotel which charges city tax for kids.

Hotel was quite clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok ; could have been better. In close proximity to all the transportation and safe to travel at night. Connectivity from the airport is also ok

The hotel location was very good, half kilometer from the rumlang railway station. The area was clean and quiet, and the hotel was very good quality. Clean rooms, good service, friendly staff.
