We were 2 families who stayed for 2 days and has taken the superior room for our stay. The property is well located, the room size is huge a family of 4 can easily sleep and has adequate space for the luggage also. The nearby of the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is complete with night life and its walkable to the buts station. The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is huge in size. But the only thing that disappointed me were rude behaviour of the house keeping and reception staffs. They do not provide you with extra plates and cutlery and have limited options for a vegetarian in their breakfast.

It’s my 2nd stay at this Ambassador Hotel Bangkok in bangkok. It appears to a favorite Ambassador Hotel Bangkok among indians tourists visiting thailand. Location unbeatable, hospitality top notch, allotted room value for money. But concierge service is bit let down, despite being amply clear to the driver arranged by the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok to drop me to which airport at bangkok-while returning to india, the cab driver took me to wrong airport( surnabhumi instead of don mueang. However y god’s grace, i managed to catch my flight on time.

Hotel ambassador sukhumvit area is very good facility with great value for money. Breakfast is awesome. I have stayed in this Ambassador Hotel Bangkok two times. The only issue with this Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is at the time of rush hours from 12 noon to 2 pm there is a long queue for check-in or check-out. They keep only 3 counters operational however there is need of 5 counters during rush hours. If Ambassador Hotel Bangkok management give attention on this point then it will be a big relief for guests. Overall good facility.

Best location choice specially who travel l for the 1st time, staff is very cooperative. Indian food is available at the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok during breakfast, vegetarian options are there so vegetarian like me can survive. Location is very lively, lot of indian Ambassador Hotel Bangkok options nearby, metro, all other transportation are easily accessible. Just outside Ambassador Hotel Bangkok massage center, best thai massage can have. All and all amazing deal and experience. Thank you.

Pleasent stay in ambassador Ambassador Hotel Bangkok very nice ambience excellent room service and Ambassador Hotel Bangkok location and building is very vast spacious beautiful loby area and reception area rooms are very net and clean some improvement still required in receptionist and check in concept actually they are manupuating early check in prices according to hours which i don't understand at all, except this all things are very nice and easygoing

The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is situated very close to nana plaza about 10 minute walk. There are 2 indian restaurants just outside so lunch dinners are not a problem and there is a 711 department store outside so no issues. The only improvement i would suggest is that they don't have a good breakfast for indians. They have a large spread of non veg items but if you are a vegetarian or specially indian you will be very disappointed

I was staying in the twin bed superior room. The room was good with all necessary amenities in a good working condition. The except air condition, which was not giving enough cooling, i reported it to the receptionist twice but it was never resolved. In addition to this, check in and check out process is very hectic and time consuming. It takes almost 1 hour to check in at 6 pm. Rest all was good.

Good things below the stay was really good clean and big rooms with all amenities and breakfast buffet was excellent not so good things below i however had to wait for more than 45 mins in queue to check in. There was no person to take the luggage to the room. Despite requesting for a higher floor room with view and balcony and paying for it, we only got 5th floor room without view or balcony

Had a very good stay at ambassador. The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is conveniently placed and has lots of bars in the vicinity. Many options of indian restaurants were available too. Had a comfortable stay. Also has travel agency, massage parlour very close to the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok. Also allows guests with a cover charge of 100 baht. Hygience 10/10 ambience 10/10 location 10/10

I was staying in a standard room, which was having all room amenities in a good working condition. The bathroom was too small to take a shower and the sink was choke up, however i managed by removing the cork. The worst part was check in and check out ques, which will waste almost your 45 to 60 minutes of precious time and Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is not at all improving on this!

I am a frequnter at ambassador bangkok, every time my experience ups a bit. During my current visit in september-october 2024, i noticed many changes in their breakfast buffet, and interiors. The buffet spread got better with more options for indians and their constant effort on improvising the ambience. Overall a great experience.

It was a nice stay. Place is good. Metro is near, shopping malls are near. Very convenient place. Only problem is that while checking in and checking out, there is a lot of que.

The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok has a very low ceiling which can make one feel suffocated. Buffet was good and was timely served. Also they charge a mandatory fee of 1000thb for damage insurance. Overall, a good Ambassador Hotel Bangkok with reasonable booking charges.

Located in a good location. Walkable distance from metro. Surrounded by indian restaurants. Check in process takes time but no delay during check out. We can keep our luggage with the bellboy if we are early for check in.
