The Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok is old and needs an upgrade but the location and rates are an advantage. The front office staff are very courteous and helpful. The restaurant staff are always cheerful. The bell boys are rude and obnoxious. If you ask for directions they are not very helpful unless there is some business for them. My bellboy left my bags outside my room and walked off. Breakfast was included in the package but it was the same every day. So it became boring and monotonous. Vegetarians beware as there is very little choice for you, especially if you are Indian. The biggest problem is communication. Hardly anyone except front office speak English. If a question is repeated for clarification due to poor verbal skills they get offended and respond rudely. The cable is so basic that it frustrates you. Since a lot of Indian tourists visit this Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok they should try to appease their clients. It is a basic clean Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok well located but don't expect anything more than that.
The furniture is old and edges worn down. An upgrade is needed for room amenities. Room size is excellent.

Located Close to BTS Asok (300m) and BTS NANA (450m). Terminal 21 Mall (again 300m) pretty accessible. 7/11 stores nearby. 4 Indian restaurants nearby (Avoid Bombay Bollywood in Sukhumvit 11 or 12). Very good staff, always ready to help. Language might be a barrier as Except John who is guess was great at the front office. Nobody seemed to be good with any other language than Thai. Go slow with them and they will serve the purpose. The Hotel has a Travel Desk for sightseeing bookings - I missed his name but he is a great human being whom I met on my trip to Bangkok helped me with best rates for Siam Ocean World and Safari Park(the guide on the tour was too noisy, you may just ignore her, also she would sell you hard for River Safari @ Safari world - Just AVOID!! River Safari = Waste of Time/Money). The Hotel served the breakfast as early as 6. 30 AM till 10. 30 AM, Wide spread of breakfast (Rice/noodle, eggs, Breads, Fruits, Tea/Coffee/ Juices). Was repetitive but still was healthy and filling. It served my purpose during my stay at Bangkok. Public transportation (Taxi and Tuk Tuk)- Harder you bargain More you save!! Happy holidays!!

Hotel Manhattan is at one of the best locations to stay in. But the Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok dint stay as per its name .. We had booked a Deluxe room .. The Air Conditioner was not working properly. There was hardly any cooling and we had a tuff time sleeping. One the 2nd day, we complained about AC not working. Some technician came, checked the AC and told us (or rather bluffed - which we also knew), he ll change some setting from the roof top and the cooling will be there .. No Change at all .. - Rooms WiFi was not working half the time .. - We asked for 2 empty glasses by calling at reception, we were told to call at room service. They in turn asked us to call at the coffee shop .. Even after which the glasses never arrived .. Morning breakfast wasn't good at all .. (Egg products were good, other products none of us liked) -Cleanliness was very good in the room though .. Very happy with that ..

This Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok, located in Soi 15 of upscale sukhumvit road is very conveniently located in a place having 5 minutes walking distance from Nana and Asoke BTS stations as well as Sukhumvit MRT making it easy to cover almost all tourist attractions either by sky train or Metro. This Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok the old golden days which seen better days and has now become aged, still it retains the old world charm of a big Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok. Overall cleanliness was good though I found a few cockroaches in the room. Toilet was good and clean. Linens were changed regularly and room with good central AC had individual control in the room. Breakfast was good and varied though not sumptuous. I got very good rate in MakeMyTrip which was much less than rack rate.

I stayed at Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok Manhatten for 3 nights with my wife. We choose superior room wth breakfast. The room is big and spacious bt the bathroom is quite conjusted compared to size of room. Breakfast buffet is nice wth good options bt they keep same breakfast options everyday. The rooms furniture is quite basic and room needs more lighting. Overall its good for the price I paid for Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok.

Value for money ... Everything is satisfactory, room are good and cleaned, helpful staff, superb location. For a family is a good and enjoyable place to live in for a vacation. Location of the Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok is good. It's close to BTS asok. However the rooms were stuffy, very old rooms and old centralized AC system which was OK. Near by good sopping mall terminal 21 also good place for shopping

The chef actually prepared a special dish for us due to lack of options in veg menu at buffet. Made some good memories at this place. The bathroom is decent enough. They also gave two complimentary water bottles, but that was for 2 days. Food was nice. Good options for non vegetarians. We stayed there for 2 days and our stay was very pleasant. Even though the Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok is a bit old. The excellent service and location of the Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok make up for it. The Hotel Manhattan Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok is next to Terminal 21 mall, mid-way to both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports.

Hotel is in Sukhumvit which is like a hub, good metro connectivity. Breakfast was average, rooms are dated but are spacious and clean.
Choose rooms facing front view.

There was nothing to be disliked in the room which I was provided.

Hotel is located in a perfect location for tourists as it is near to the market and easily to commute to the tourist destinations. Taxi, tuk are easily available and train station is just 400 mts away. Also has a lot of pubs and restaurants around.

Very convenient location, spacious lobby, hospitable staff. Room very comfortable, housekeeping was excellent. Sumptuous & exquisite breakfast layout, very fulfilling. Ambience perfect and AC effective.

Location was excellent, very near to all major destination and also walking distance from Skyrail BTS. Customer service was great. Breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable enough with Wi-Fi service. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Staff are friendly and easy access to taxi's.

It could have had a modern lock and a calling bell was needed, which was missing.

They gave me early check in at 12 pm without any extra cost. Staff was good and helpful.

Excellent premises, very friendly staff, lovely ambience and well connected. Food was amazing. You have everything available in close proximities. Everything is walkable around and well connected ny metro to all the shopping areas, food destinations etc
