Rooms are clean and hygienic, inf-act the overall hotel is very clean and hygienic. The staff is very courteous and very welcoming. Our stay was without food, which you can opt for as there are pretty much all kinds of restaurants nearby. The hotel location is apt if you are in bangkok for vacation. The hotel transport provides free service to the nearest bts. Value for money -5 star

Small rooms as compare to price they are charging. Extremely small bathrooms. Have to remind multiple times to clean the room. Horrible breakfast for indian vegetarian. Costly food in the very average restaurant.

One of the best vfm properties on soi11. Great rooms with kitchenette. They also have a pick up and drop from nana bts. Also they have a small pool on roof

Amazing staff, awesome location and amazing indian food. You will get anything to eat 24/7. Outside market is amazing, you will find lots of cafes, coffee shops etc.

Location is good. Property is also good. Airport pick and drop mentioned in the mm t voucher was not provided after multiple requests. Hotel staff said that it is wrongly mentioned

The stay at citadine sukhumvit 11 was fantastic. It had all the amenities, hygiene was also upto the mark and location was also very close to all the party places. Overall i liked the stay.
