We checked in on 5th Dec. 2024 and checked out on 8th Dec 2024. We are still travelling in Thailand but thought we must spare some time to write this honest review. We mean every word of what we am saying here. People say "Value for Money". In case of Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium we say "Pure Value". We cannot identify any area where there property fell short on expectations. Everything about our experience starting with the check-in till the time we checked-out was managed seamlessly. The location, the ambience, the overall vibes, you name it and you guyz were right up there. While every person in the support staff deserves accolades, we must make special mention of the lady at the front desk who managed our check-in on 5th Dec. 2024. It was our first interaction with her, and, she made us feel like we were part of the Grand Mercure family. We already felt like we were at home even while being away from home. All through our stay, every time we reached out to her she helped us out in the most appropriate and swift manner. We would request the hotel management to take special note of this recommendation and consider it with all seriousness. She is an exceptionally talented and efficient employee. Unfortunately I could not get her name, else would have provided it here. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a trip to Bangkok unforgettable in the positive sense. Happy to provide any further feedback should you seek it.

We had reached the hotel early at 7am and requested for an early check in. Not only they denied but did not give us check until 4pm. Since the hotel is accommodates air hostess and pilots on a day to day basis, they give priority to them and the guests like us had to wait even after 4pm evn though check was at 2pm. Other than that good hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Service was good. About 30 minutes from airport. Hotel is located in the prime place in bangkok.

Hotel rooms and infrastructure is good, breakfast spread is also very nice, however location of hotel is not that promising, terminal 21 and all other malls like central etc. Are far from the hotel and due to traffic conditions even though small distance, takes lot of time. Connectivity to metro is also not good, to reach mrt station you have to walk 15min. Hotel has shuttle but only once per day per location and as per their time schedule, so no use.

Large hotel but it is bit out dated. Booked 2 king rooms but they could not provide nearby so have to take twin rooms. Food is average. Ordered indian for in room dining and it was not good. The rate is quite low which still give some value

It was an amazing stay. We had a room with a city view which was quite spacious. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is prompt. Had a very comfortable stay overall.

Excellent stay. Rooms are very neat and clean. They have indian food available and very tasty but they gives quantity is not enough for even one person. Please increase your quantity. Otherwise property is good.

The room has no shower, we need to take bath only in bath tub and bathroom doors are struck. Not clean.

The staff were very good and supportive the breakfast buffet was fantastic the room was spacious with numerous amenities located just 30 to 45 minutes from dmk international airport.

The hotel is located in peaceful place with no loud music and noise. It's exactly what you need when you need good sleep. Very near to asoke. Everything is approachable. The hotel property is huge and rooms are well maintained with option of indian dishes as well for in room dining. The taste is great. Overall it's a great property.

Rooms were great. Spacious and comfortable. Bath rooms are old styled and had issues. Restaurant food spread is quite good. Again we were strictly indian vegetarian. So had to manage with veggies and bread. Indian dishes were pathetic. Don't recommend to try at all.
